WebstaurantStore is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to maintain product knowledge, guide shift operations, and drive engagement by modeling company culture and clear communication with staff. You will identify issues, provide corrective actions, and support daily goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, ensuring PO accuracy, coordinating staffing, and collaborating with leadership to meet department targets while upholding policies and safety

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant distribution environment experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Role does not require a degree; relevant skills and experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity and quality while meeting operating goals.
• Provide daily feedback to employees on performance and goals.
• Lead daily team meetings to communicate expectations and best practices.
• Communicate goals clearly and address questions from the team.
• Help develop a cross-trained team adaptable to other departments.
• Maintain strong daily communication with inbound teams and management.
• Serve as a resource on tasks, policies, and warehouse initiatives.
• Report personnel issues to leadership for timely resolution.
