Webstaurantstore is seeking an Outbound Assistant Manager to support the Outbound Manager in overseeing the shipping department on the assigned shift, including picking, packing, QA, and related roles. The role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with leadership, train and coach up to several teammates, monitor key metrics, lead meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day outbound operations including picking, consolidation, packing, QA.
• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable up to several employees.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly metrics; resolve operating issues as needed.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings; share metrics and updates on initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement including productivity and cost reduction.
