WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Team Lead to oversee daily outbound operations and drive performance. You will stay aligned with shift managers and department peers to meet goals, communicate clearly, and model the company's culture to engage staff.

The role requires minimum distribution experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication. You will lead meetings, manage workload, and support cross-training while ensuring accuracy in outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in overseeing daily operations to ensure productivity and quality while achieving goals.
• Provide daily feedback to employees on performance.
• Lead daily team meetings to communicate expectations and tasks.
• Communicate team goals and resolve issues.
• Support cross-training to flex into other departments.
• Maintain open communication with Outbound teams and management.
• Ensure timely resolutions of personnel issues.
• Aid management in ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and efficient.
