Trimble seeks a Site Reliability Engineer focused on Azure cloud reliability to ensure scalable, high-performance infrastructure for enterprise customers. You will bridge IT operations, system engineering, and customer support with a strong emphasis on Azure, Windows environments, and network connectivity.

The role requires 7+ years in Azure infrastructure or reliability, expertise in VMs, AVD, and networking, plus strong PowerShell scripting and experience with Entra ID and Active Directory.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft Azure infrastructure or reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Networking.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, manage, and scale Azure Virtual Machines and Host Pools for high availability.
• Design and maintain load-balancing and disaster-recovery methodologies.
• Architect, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments for Windows 11/Windows Server.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Azure Networking, Express Routes, IPsec VPNs, and firewalls.
• Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy for identity & access management.
• Write robust PowerShell scripts and leverage Azure Automation; use PDQ Deploy for software distribution and patch management.
• Assist in MS SQL Server maintenance, connectivity, and query troubleshooting.
• Provide escalation support and empathetic, clear customer support during incidents.
