Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in Azure-focused DevOps. The role requires 10+ years of experience and hands-on work with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL, plus scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
You will collaborate with development teams to improve performance, scalability, and reliability, build monitoring and alerting, run post-mortems, and apply best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps focusing on Azure technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services including Azure DevOps, App Services, Functions, Azure SQL.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Jarvis.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure DevOps tools and technologies and recommend best practices.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
