Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer to support large-scale cloud services with a strong Azure focus. You will lead incident management, design CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability across systems in Azure.

The role requires hands-on Terraform/ARM, monitoring with Azure Monitor, and experience with SAST/DAST integrations. Expect on-call rotations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and ARM templates for infrastructure automation.
• Proven expertise in monitoring and observability with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Proficiency in KQL for querying Log Analytics and building alerts/dashboards.
• Experience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring.
• Background with centralized logging and incident investigation using Splunk.
• Experience integrating SAST/DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines and remediation workflows.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python; strong CI/CD pipeline expertise.
• Excellent incident management, RCA facilitation, runbook creation, and on-call leadership.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues; document findings in the knowledge base.
• Triage, respond to, and resolve incidents; escalate to other teams as needed.
• Conduct root cause analyses for service-impacting issues; automate remediation.
• Implement permanent fixes with development and QA collaboration.
• Design and maintain scalable Azure-based systems and environments.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Develop reusable infrastructure as code for provisioning and deployments.
• Design, implement and operate observability: monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.
• Identify potential issues and plan capacity to prevent incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
