Technologent, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Pre-Sales Engineer in Austin, TX to translate business needs into Microsoft-based solutions.

You will partner with Account Executives and delivery teams to drive technical discovery, architecture, and opportunity development across Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender and more. The role requires 5+ years in technical pre-sales or related fields, strong presentation and analytical skills, and travel as needed.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
5+ years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or similar role.
Microsoft certifications strongly preferred (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.).

Mansioni

Serve as a trusted technical advisor with Account Executives to identify requirements and Microsoft opportunities.
Lead discovery workshops and assess customer Microsoft environments, licensing, security posture and cloud strategy.
Translate findings into solution designs and business value for technical and executive audiences.
Support proposals, demonstrations, POC activities, and responses to technical questions and objections.
Design high-level solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and hybrid identity.
Coordinate with sales, licensing, procurement, and partners on configurations and pricing.
Develop licensing recommendations, BOMs, and implementation assumptions for proposals.
