Job summary

Summit 7 Systems is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to support client integrations into our Managed Services. You will act as the technical contact, guiding customers through onboarding milestones and ensuring a high-quality delivery.

This role requires strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, familiarity with Azure, and experience in client-facing service delivery. You will collaborate across teams to optimize onboarding workflows and document best practices.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure environments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing or service delivery role.
• Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding; ensure milestones are met and blockers are resolved.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities and provide updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
• Contribute to QA by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation for baselines.
• Identify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable onboarding workflows and knowledge docs.
