Summit 7 Systems is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to support client integrations into our Managed Services. You will act as the technical contact, guiding customers through onboarding milestones and ensuring a high-quality delivery.

This role requires strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, familiarity with Azure, and experience in client-facing service delivery. You will collaborate across teams to optimize onboarding workflows and document best practices.

Competenze

Familiarity with Azure environments.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in a client-facing or service delivery role.
Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and cross-team collaboration.

Mansioni

Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding; ensure milestones are met and blockers are resolved.
Participate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities and provide updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
Contribute to QA by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation for baselines.
Identify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable onboarding workflows and knowledge docs.
