Job summary

Summit 7 Systems in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Cloud Engineer (Escalations) to act as a technical escalation point for Microsoft 365 and Azure services. You will collaborate with account teams, resolve complex issues, document changes, and lead planned deployments and upgrades in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports remote work options; required Security+ and Microsoft certs, with strong emphasis on governance, SLA adherence, and continuous certification education.

Qualifications

• Serve as a technical escalation point for the service desk.
• Collaborate with teams to understand scope and services provided to clients.
• Document processes and changes for training and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for clients; provide updates and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical problems; document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Lead planning and execution of changes: deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure modifications.
