Job summary

Summit 7 Systems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for Microsoft core applications and operating systems and manage cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check. You will participate in a 24/7 operation, support remote and on-site users, and contribute to a strong customer-service culture while pursuing certifications and training.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS, or 2 years IT experience.
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Open to shift work, on-call rotations, and weekends for 24/7 support.
Office 365 administration and Windows 10/11 administration.
Excellent customer service and independent work capability.
U.S. citizenship with ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

IT support for Microsoft core business apps and OS.
Monitor and support Azure Backups.
Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure AD.
Basic network support: WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, security.
Remote access support: IPSEC/SSL VPN, RDS, etc.
Document changes to client environments and communicate status to clients.
Escalate requests appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
