Qualifications

• Ability to interpret data, KPIs, and trends for operational decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Onboarding Engineers, providing coaching, training, guidance, and performance oversight.
• Oversee daily onboarding operations, ensuring coverage, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
• Review onboarding processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve consistency and reduce project time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding escalations and communicate updates to leadership and project teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture and partner with managers to ensure cohesive service delivery.
