Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting cloud or infrastructure environments.
• Experience in a ticket-driven Service Desk environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and endpoint technologies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service requests; document fixes and known errors.
• Provide Level III Service Desk support for complex issues.
• Install and configure workstations and peripheral equipment.
