Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and qualify opportunities in Arizona. You will generate leads, schedule initial appointments, and collaborate with sales consultants to address client needs, expanding access to decision makers and driving pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, market research, effective follow-ups, and accurate CRM activity logging to support underwriting and closure efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in generating and qualifying sales opportunities.
• Ability to build outbound campaigns and contact key decision makers.
• Experience maintaining engagement with new and existing leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities.
• Build outbound campaigns to reach decision makers.
• Qualify and nurture opportunities for business consultants.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to consultants.
• Maintain engagement with leads through follow-up communications.
• Segment prospects by market and opportunity size.
• Use phone and email to convert suspects to prospects.
• Collaborate with sales agents to fill pipelines.
• Meet weekly activity metrics and update CRM records.
• Assist with paperwork for underwriting and deal closures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
