Job summary

Phoenix Manufacturing, a U.S. manufacturer of evaporative air comfort systems, seeks a Sales Development & Sales Support Representative to join the growing sales team onsite in Arizona. You will conduct outbound prospecting, research accounts, qualify opportunities and hand off to Sales Representatives.

The role combines sales development, project research and sales coordination, with a focus on creating opportunities and maintaining organized CRM data. Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to research companies, projects and contacts.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Keep sales support activities accurate, organized and moving forward.
• Maintain accurate CRM and project information.
• Identify new companies, projects and contacts and create qualified leads.
• Generate warm introductions and set up sales meetings.
• Help Sales Representatives get into projects earlier and provide research.
• Assist with quotes, pricing, proposals and sales documentation.
