Job summary

Opti9 Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to lead AWS-based solution designs and pre-sales activities. You will translate customer needs into scalable, secure architectures and collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes strong AWS expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to drive business value and cloud adoption across customer organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Solutions Architect at AWS or AWS partner
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, security, compliance, and governance
• AWS AI capabilities experience (Bedrock, Sagemaker, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills
• Hands-on design of complex cloud solutions on AWS
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales assessments and design AWS-based solutions
• Lead architectural discussions with customers and sales teams
• Develop proposals and SOWs for deals
• Educate customers on AWS value and recommended architectures
• Collaborate with engineering for deployment and delivery
• Stay current on AWS trends and best practices
• Mentor junior team members on cloud capabilities
• Build scalable, cost-optimized AWS environments
