Job summary

Protagona, LLC is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect to pair with sales, design solutions for customers, and deliver compelling proposals. The role emphasizes AWS expertise and strong communication to translate business needs into technical architectures.

You will create professional services estimates, architecture diagrams, AWS spend projections, and SOW-ready materials, while shaping winning propositions and guiding delivery teams post-signature.

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate customer requirements into technical architectures.
• Strong ability to estimate professional services cost and delivery effort.
• Proven experience collaborating with sales and delivery teams on complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers and providing them with prospective solutions
• Partnering with Sales, and providing collateral to assist in winning business
• Estimating the professional services cost and efforts required to deliver projects
• Estimating the AWS platform costs for solutions designed
• Liaising with legal and funding counterparts within Protagona to obtain sign-off and approval of scoped projects during the proposal and SOW phase
