Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix to ensure service availability
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance activities
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements
• Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members
