Job summary

Acclaim Systems in Sacramento, CA is seeking an AWS Connect Domain Specialist to implement and support AWS Connect configurations on site. You will translate call flows into configurations, build contact flows, queues, and routing profiles, and assist with Lex bots and Lambda for conversational IVR under architectural guidance.

Additionally, you will document configuration details for Architecture Decision Records and flag any platform constraints back to the Architect to ensure smooth project

Qualifications

Experience configuring AWS Connect platform.
Ability to translate call flows into configurations.
Experience with Lex and Lambda for IVR.

Responsibilities

Platform configuration and support.
Translate call flow, queue, and routing designs into AWS Connect configurations.
Build and maintain contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and contact attributes.
Assist with configuration of Amazon Lex bots and Lambda functions for Conversational IVR.
Document configuration details for Architecture Decision Records.
Flag configuration constraints or platform limitations to Architect.
Implementation and configuration activities.
