Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an AWS Connect Developer to design and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS serverless services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-15 years IT experience with 3-4 years cloud engineering.
• Associative cloud certification in AWS/Azure/OCI/Google required.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect configuration and administration.
• Python-based AWS Lambda functions and RESTful API integrations.
• DynamoDB data modeling, Terraform provisioning, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows with routing and IVR paths.
• Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions and API integrations.
• Model DynamoDB tables with efficient keys and indexes.
• Build secure RESTful integrations using API Gateway and Lambda.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement least-privilege permissions and secure boundaries.
• Troubleshoot routing, latency, and availability with CloudWatch metrics.
• Document flows, contracts, deployments and provide mentorship.
