Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business for the West region, spanning CA, OR, AZ and adjacent sub-LOBs. You will partner with leadership, delivery teams, AWS, and clients to drive cloud-enabled transformation and modernization initiatives.

This multi-dimensional role combines solutioning, pre-sales, delivery, and client engagement. You will mentor regional teams, advance co-sell programs, and maintain a healthy billable mix while navigating ambiguity and rapid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure and platform engineering experience including migration and modernization.
• Experience in senior, consultative roles with AWS relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the AWS business across the West region.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify cloud opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end engagement activities for migration, modernization, and platform engineering.
• Build relationships with AWS and co-sell/co-delivery programs.
• Identify, develop and close cloud transformation opportunities.
• Serve as regional AWS technical and business point of contact.
• Mentor delivery managers and account teams on cloud best practices.
• Maintain billable utilization 50–65% while balancing growth activities.
• Stay current on AWS capabilities and AI-driven delivery trends.
