Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an AWS Cloud Engagement Leader to own the AWS business within our Financial Services portfolio.

You will drive cloud-enabled transformation, guide executives through modernization journeys, and foster strong executive relationships across co-sell, co-delivery, and cloud engagement methodologies. You will partner with EPAM leadership, our delivery organization, and AWS stakeholders to expand cloud presence, lead deal development, and mentor delivery leaders while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
MBA or Business background a plus.
10+ years in technology consulting and delivery, with AWS modernization focus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Financial Services BU to deliver AWS engagements and grow cloud presence.
Collaborate with AWS leaders to amplify joint value and create impact.
Engage with Director/VP/C-level execs as AWS advisor.
Build strategic AWS relationships with stakeholders.
Identify and close cloud transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead cloud transformation roles (Engagement Manager, Lead Consultant, Architect, Delivery Leader).
Lead AWS deal development as player-coach and mentor others.
Travel up to 25-50%.
