Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years IT experience focusing on cloud operations and customer support.
Proficiency in AWS and Linux.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
Respond to and resolve customer issues, providing top-tier technical support and customer service
Collaborate with various engineering teams to support user consumption of applications in a complex enterprise cloud environment
Monitor applications to identify and address performance or availability issues
Continuously assess application infrastructure for scalability and performance improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for application support procedures.
