Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking an Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor for its Beverly, MA residential youth program. This role entails direct care, supervision and life skills development during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities include supervising Overnight Youth Counselors, ensuring safety, staying awake during the shift, and crisis intervention when needed. A high school diploma or GED and a valid US driver''s license are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• At least one year of residential counselor experience with youth.
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid US driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Youth Counselor oversight and supervision.
• Maintain safety and direct care for youth.
• Stay awake for the entire shift.
• Conduct routine bed checks.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment and crisis intervention if needed.
• Oversee daily tasks and procedures.
