Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight staff and ensure staff wake-ups and 15-minute checks.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and supervise performance.
• Provide crisis management and de-escalation support as needed.
• Participate in staff interviewing and training as assigned.
• Assist with medication administration and shift coverage as required.
• Communicate with campus leadership and clinicians to support behavior plans.
