Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs in Needham, MA seeks Awake Direct Care Overnight Supervisor to work with youth facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This full-time role on the overnight shift offers hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to apply trauma-informed, relationship-based care.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, passing background checks, and willingness to obtain TCI and First Aid/CPR training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MAP Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform trauma-informed, relationship-based care aligned with the agency mission.
• Lead overnight supervisory rounds ensuring staff stay awake and complete 15-minute checks.
• Develop plans with campus leadership to train staff for overnights and wake-ups.
• Adhere to licensing standards and complete shift-end walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to design and evaluate behavioral support plans.
• Provide crisis support and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
