Vinfen is seeking an overnight program staff member in New Britain, CT to provide individualized and group support in a community living setting. Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, documenting progress, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

The role requires 3 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid US driver’s license. CPR/First Aid and MAC are required within stated timelines.

Qualificações

• Three months to one year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required
• MAC required and safety certifications as per CT guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records and document incidents and progress notes.
• Provide ADL assistance and safety training; assist with transportation as needed.
• Monitor needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Handle medication in accordance with MAC requirements and policy.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; orient new staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform hands-on program tasks and maintain site safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain staff-to-client ratio and cover shifts as needed.
• Provide basic first aid and report incidents as required.
