Job summary

Vinfen seeks an overnight program staff member to provide individualized and group support in a community living arrangement in Massachusetts. You will help residents develop independence, assist with daily living activities, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, recording progress, administering medications per MAP guidelines, and participating in trainings.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is a requirement; valid license, insurance, and clean driving record; 21+; background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning processes.
• Maintain records and document incidents, programs and activities.
• Provide ADL support and safety training; transport as needed.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional needs and report changes.
• Administer and document medication per MAP and policies.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; assist with orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Perform site safety tasks and provide last-minute coverage as needed.
• Provide physical intervention/first aid in emergencies; report to authorities.
