Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an AVP of Workforce Absence Operations to lead operations across multiple locations with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities include policy creation, staff development, and profit-and-loss management for assigned offices.

The role requires extensive claims leadership, 10 years of experience in claims management, and at least 4 years in supervisory roles. Travel to centers may be required as part of leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ten years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for locations within an area.
• Establish policy to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop business plans and set objectives for assigned locations.
• Monitor area/office performance through management reports.
• Coordinate sales and client service efforts.
