Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, IS, engineering, business, or related field; degree preferred.
• 10+ years in technology operations, engineering, service management, infrastructure, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale 24x7 operations, command center, production support, or technology service organizations.

Aufgaben

• Provides enterprise leadership for Technology Operations capabilities supporting stability, resilience, and advancement of Nationwide’s technology environment.
• Leads an integrated portfolio across 24x7 batch operations, workload automation, run governance, and operations tooling adoption of AI/AIOps.
• Shapes incident management, monitoring, escalation, recovery, service stability, and continuous improvement, aligned to resiliency and business outcomes.
• Owns product strategy and lifecycle for the enterprise workload automation platform, including roadmap and vendor relationships.
• Leads evolution of operations tooling and platforms (ServiceNow, observability, CMDB, automation) and promotes measurable outcomes.
• Establishes governance and operating practices to improve readiness, accountability, risk management, and delivery.
