Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise leadership for Technology Operations capabilities that support stability and ongoing advancement of Nationwide’s technology environment.
• Leads an integrated portfolio spanning 24x7 operations, major incident management, batch operations, and automation.
• Develops strategy for incident management, monitoring, escalation, recovery, and service stability.
• Oversees product strategy and lifecycle for the enterprise workload automation platform.
