Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive technology leadership experience across software engineering, platform engineering, and product management.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale platforms or shared services and managing budgets, workforce plans, and suppliers.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, cloud, AI, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Defines the strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for AI Platform Engineering and related areas.
• Translates demand and trends into prioritized investments with measurable outcomes.
• Leads reusable AI capabilities, model catalogs, and platform services with cost-management in mind.
• Ensures governance, safety, privacy, and lifecycle practices across AI assets.
• Drives production readiness, service-management, and reliable delivery across portfolios.
