Job summary

DUAL North America is seeking an AVP Technology Delivery & Release Management to lead enterprise technology delivery, release governance, and strategic project execution across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in technology delivery, project/program management, release management, or related leadership roles, with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe SPC, or RTE are preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise release management frameworks and governance models.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology programs and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
• Oversee enterprise release management, governance, risk management, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and align technology with business outcomes.
