Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an AVP, Technology Infrastructure & Operations to lead a broad, enterprise-scale technology operations portfolio. You will drive 24x7 command center activities, batch processing, and workload automation while shaping product ownership and platform strategy.

You will partner with Security, Risk, Architecture, Engineering, and Business leadership to reduce risk, improve resiliency, and accelerate innovation across Nationwide’s technology environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business.
• Minimum 10 years in technology operations, engineering, service management, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI and AIOps concepts with practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise leadership for 24x7 Technology Operations and stability.
• Leads 24x7 batch operations, workload automation, and incident management.
• Oversees product strategy and lifecycle for workload automation platform.
• Guides governance, readiness, risk management, and measurable service outcomes.
