State Street Alpha is seeking an innovative Assistant Vice President to lead technology modernization, platform strategy and workflow digitization across Alpha delivery. You will partner with technology, business and vendors to create a unified, AI-enabled operating model that improves productivity and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, engineering, information systems, finance or a related discipline.
• Experience across technology transformation, digital transformation, workflow automation and vendor evaluations.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration, workflow or automation platforms; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Technology Modernization & Platform Strategy: define a platform-first tech approach and rationalize the ecosystem.
• Workflow Digitization & Process Re-engineering: map end-to-end workflows and standardize digital processes.
• AI & Intelligent Automation: identify use cases and promote AI as an embedded capability within workflows.
• Technology Evaluation & Vendor Management: run evaluations, demos, and pilot initiatives with vendors.
• Data, Measurement & Business Case Development: establish KPIs and dashboards to track value.
• Transformation Execution & Change Leadership: drive adoption, create roadmaps and enable cross-functional teams.
