Job summary

State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Technology Process Re-Engineering, to lead priority process mapping and re-engineering initiatives within Global Technology Services. You will document current-state and future-state processes, develop supporting materials, and coordinate with process owners and risk partners to drive improvements that strengthen controls and transparency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology process improvement, process mapping, business analysis, or risk-aligned remediation in large organizations.
• Knowledge of BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methods.
• Experience documenting processes and delivering project artifacts within a regulated environment.
• Experience working with globally distributed technology teams and coordinating with GTS, risk, operations, and tech functions.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end process maps with activities, roles, systems, controls, inputs and outputs.
• Perform structured process analysis to identify duplication, gaps, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Prepare materials for and participate in working sessions with process owners; capture decisions and actions.
• Maintain process maps, logs and repositories; compile status updates and report risks and progress.
