Job summary

State Street is seeking an AVP of Product Strategy, Governance & Reporting Enablement to strengthen how Alpha plans, governs, reports, and communicates its product strategy. You will own the product roadmap, automate reporting, and build executive narratives that connect strategy with delivery and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, technology, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product operations, portfolio reporting, governance, or financial-services tech.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Alpha product roadmap.
• Lead quarterly collection, validation, and publication of roadmaps across service families.
• Maintain executive, sales, and client-facing roadmap views.
• Coordinate roadmap content across Alpha Services, Alpha Data Services, and Charles River Development.
• Develop scalable Power BI, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead the quarterly Alpha release-note process; reconcile roadmap with delivery.
• Build reporting at multiple levels and support investment analysis and planning.
