Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an AVP, Revenue Cycle to provide strategic and operational leadership across revenue cycle functions with a special focus on self-pay and patient financial services. The role partners with Finance, Technology, and executive leadership to drive performance and patient experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in RCM, self-pay, collections, and financial assistance, with proven leadership in large, multi-client settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with expertise in revenue cycle management and self-pay/patient financial services.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing revenue cycle teams and complex operations.
• Experience leading self-pay, patient financial services, collections, or related patient account operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and change-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to client and business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions with a strong emphasis on self-pay and patient financial services.
• Monitor and optimize collections, patient account resolution, and overall revenue cycle performance.
• Lead initiatives improving self-pay processes and patient financial experience through analytics and automation.
• Establish KPIs, drive cost optimization, and present performance to senior leadership.
• Develop leaders, manage change, and foster collaboration across functions and client teams.
