Ensemble Health Partners seeks an AVP of Patient Access to lead enterprise front-end revenue cycle operations, including scheduling, registration, and financial clearance. You will guide large teams, drive performance improvements, and partner with executive leadership to advance our strategy and patient experience.

This is a remote role with bi-weekly travel to client sites; travel expectations may be 50% of time. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in patient access leadership are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience managing multiple health systems; hospital experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions and senior leaders.
• Leads modernization of Patient Access, including goals, metrics, action plans and new technologies.
• Develops communication strategies to promote engagement and staffing optimization.
• Manages budget planning and resource allocation; ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborates with managers to ensure cross-training and staff development; promotes teamwork.
• Travel within markets on a bi-weekly basis.
