Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an AVP, Revenue Cycle to provide executive leadership across revenue cycle operations with a focus on self-pay and patient financial services. You will drive performance, improve patient experience, and lead transformation initiatives across multiple client markets.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RCM, self-pay, and healthcare reimbursement, and will partner across Finance, Technology, and Compliance to deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with expertise in RCM and self-pay/patient financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing revenue cycle teams or complex operations.
• Experience leading self-pay, patient financial services, collections, or related patient account operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations and reimbursement.
• Experience using KPIs and analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to client and business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions with emphasis on self-pay and patient financial services.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve self-pay collections and patient account resolution.
• Oversee performance across self-pay workflows including billing, statements, payment arrangements, and financial assistance.
• Evaluate revenue cycle processes and technologies to identify standardization opportunities.
• Establish priorities and performance expectations aligned with client objectives.
• Present performance trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve collections, reduce A/R, and increase efficiency.
• Partner with Technology and operations to implement automation and analytics.
