Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an AVP of Patient Access to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for front-end revenue cycle operations. This role oversees multiple cost centers, sets long-term objectives, and drives patient experience and financial performance.

Extensive travel (75%–100%) within the market is required, with a remote work component and leadership responsibilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience managing multiple health systems; hospital experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives and aligning goals with execution.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and translating AI into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions and Senior Access leaders across the organization.
• Modernizes Patient Access through goal setting, tracking metrics, and implementing action plans.
• Establishes effective communication strategies to promote engagement and staffing decisions.
• Leads budget management, resource planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations and travel requirements.
• Travels weekly within the market as needed.
