Ensemble is seeking an AVP, Patient Access to provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for front-end revenue cycle operations, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance. This remote role requires weekly travel and oversight across multiple health systems to improve patient experience and financial performance.

You will guide action plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive modernization using technology while building a culture of accountability

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience managing multiple health systems; hospital experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives aligned with goals.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI with business outcomes and scaling teams.
• Strong business acumen across functions and levels.
• Strong executive presence with confidence, credibility and calm under pressure.
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides vision, leadership and oversight for all Patient Access functions and leaders.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships to fulfill Ensemble differences.
• Leads modernization of Patient Access: goal setting, metrics, action plans, and new tech.
• Communicates strategy, promotes engagement, and supports staffing and recruitment.
• Manages budget and resources; ensures compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Travel weekly within assigned markets; work onsite as needed.
