Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an AVP Patient Access to lead front-end revenue cycle operations across multiple cost centers. You will drive patient experience, efficiency, and financial performance while guiding senior leaders and leveraging technology to modernize processes.

Candidates should have senior leadership in patient access/revenue cycle and CRCR certification within 9 months. This is a remote role with weekly travel to client sites or corporate offices as business needs dictate, and

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of patient access/revenue cycle in a hospital or large health system.
• Experience implementing strategic initiatives aligned with goals.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels.
• Certification in CRCR within 9 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide strategic leadership for front-end revenue cycle operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize patient experience and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive modernization and process improvements.
• Forecast trends, monitor metrics, and guide action plans; travel weekly.
