Citi in Nassau South, NY is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (Assistant Vice President) to proactively source, acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships, maximizing sales opportunities while growing a book of business and delivering world-class service for all clients.

You will be a SME on Deposit, Credit, and Cash Management, coordinating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and other partners to optimize relationships and execute the plan.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Exceptional consulting, listening and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess client needs.
• Excellent communication and client service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME across a broad sales area of assigned branches with branch stakeholders and Area partners.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Consumer and Mortgage teams to optimize relationships and execute sales plans.
• Be accountable for scorecards and KPIs defined by Senior Management.
• Develop and execute integrated sales plans to acquire new-to-bank clients and grow existing relationships.
• Educate clients on products and services that fit their needs and expand portfolio balance and revenue.
