Responsibilities

• Lead SME across assigned branch area and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and other partners
• Acquire, expand, and retain high-value client relationships; manage portfolio performance
• Develop and execute integrated sales plans to achieve scorecard targets
• Process loan requests with credit teams for up to $250K and support larger lending relationships
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on Citi products and drive cross-sell opportunities
