Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience, preferably 2-5 years banking experience or 2-3 years in Business Banking
• Exceptional consulting skills; ability to probe, listen, clarify and present information to advance sales transactions
• Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex financial and company operating information
• Professional presentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of credit structuring and processing; credit trained preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME across a broad sales Area of assigned branches with stakeholders and Area partners
• Partner with cross retail segment Area peers to optimize relationships and execute sales plan
• Accountable to scorecard metrics and KPI’s defined by Senior Management
• Call on assigned book of high value clients to deepen relationships and retain business
• Educate and introduce clients to appropriate products and services that fit their needs and grow portfolio balance and revenue
• Manage credit requests up to $250K and work with Sr. Business Bankers on larger loans
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve results across designated territory
• Adhere to sales management routines and Citi policies
• Proactively manage portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with Consumer and Wealth partners to deepen client relationships
• Coordinate with credit/risk and branches to facilitate loan closings and pricing issues
