Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum fourteen (14) years of related experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years in a construction program/program management or supervisory role in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff mentoring to deliver complex rail communications and signal projects.
• Identify issues and risks; ensure timely resolution per industry regulations.
• Advise executives on critical project issues and solutions.
• Manage program activities to minimize disruption to agency operations.
• Coordinate with leadership, staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all program work.
