State Street Corp is seeking an AVP in Fund Accounting & Administration to lead a team delivering accounting and administrative services for multiple alternative investment client relationships. The role focuses on income allocations, fee calculations, and NAV reporting, while driving onboarding of funds and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 to 6 years of Private Equity experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations.
• CPA qualification is favorable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva favorable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for one or more client relationships.
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees as per waterfall provisions.
• Oversee portfolio and fund level accounting and monthly/quarterly NAV reporting.
• Lead onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds.
• Design and champion technology solutions to address complex reporting and data needs.
• Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic initiatives.
