State Street is seeking a Senior Private Markets Fund Accountant to lead the PE NAV operations within the Alternative Investment Solutions group. The role focuses on delivering accounting and administrative services for hedge and private market clients, including income allocations, fee calculations, and capital events across multiple funds.

You will oversee onboarding of funds, maintain NAV reporting, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and high client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–6 years of Private Market experience preferred.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations is desirable.
• Strong communication and management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for multiple client relationships.
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions.
• Process capital events such as capital calls and distributions.
• Oversee portfolio and fund level accounting and NP reporting review.
• Lead onboarding of existing funds and launch of new funds.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with internal/external regulations.
