State Street is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration AVP to lead a growing team delivering accounting and administration for alternative investment clients, including private equity. You will allocate income, determine fees, and manage capital events, while overseeing NAV reporting and onboarding of funds.

The role requires 5–6 years of PE experience, strong technical accounting skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Private Equity experience of 5–6 years preferred.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired.
• CPA qualification is favourable but not required.
• Experience with Investran or Geneva favourable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for one or more alternative investment client relationships.
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions; process capital events such as capital calls and distributions.
• Oversee portfolio and fund level accounting, review and approve monthly or quarterly NAV reporting.
• Lead onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds.
• Commit to client satisfaction and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Design and champion technology solutions for complex reporting and data needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic working groups to improve processes and operating model.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop staff to realize their full potential.
