Job summary

Next Level Solutions is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery to provide executive leadership for the PMO and Delivery Lead departments. You will partner with the SVP of Delivery to own end-to-end health of project delivery, staffing, KPIs, budgets, and client outcomes.

You will coach PMO leaders, set annual strategic goals, and ensure governance across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall. Remote-friendly, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the technology services industry
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Certification in multiple PM areas (CSM, ACP, PMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred
• Duck Creek Technologies and Property & Casualty delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for PMO and Delivery Lead performance, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Lead, coach, and evaluate PMO leaders and Delivery Leads
• Set and execute annual strategic goals for PMO and Delivery Lead departments
• Align solutions to business objectives and influence key decisions
• Oversee PMO strategy, staffing, resourcing, and methodology standards
• Develop and report enterprise KPIs and delivery metrics
• Manage PMO and Delivery Lead budgets and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and adoption of AI tools
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and 360-degree feedback
• Partner with sales, accounts, and delivery leadership on resourcing and pipeline
